Mark Liu has a diverse corporate practice with a focus on cross-border business transactions. He represents U.S. and international companies and financial institutions on public and private capital markets offerings, as well as corporate governance and SEC reporting and compliance. His experience includes IPOs on the Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, secondary equity offerings, pre-IPO and venture financings, convertible debt offerings, Reg D private placements, and exchange offers.

Mark Liu frequently advises companies based in Greater China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Australia, and the United Kingdom with the structuring and execution of their cross-border investments, joint ventures, financing and M&A.

Mark Liu also acts as outside general counsel for U.S. and international companies and manages their general corporate, litigation, intellectual property, real estate transactions and other legal needs.
