Rimon Falkenfort advised a group of investors on the sale of a 70.000 qm logistic area located in Cologne. The property was acquired by Panattoni. In the future until 2027 the Panattani Campus Cologne Ost shall be constructed on the site in two stages.

The area has a long-rooted tradition as, for more than a century, it was the former headquarter and manufacturing site of the chocolate manufacturer Stollwerck and was used as a film set for the Cologne “Tatort”.

Rimon Falkenfort regularly advises on complex real estate transactions from a legal and tax perspective. The transaction was advised by Stephan Krampe (lead), Dr. Felix Schäfer (Real Estate) and Oliver Otto (Finance). Hackenberg & Co. GmbH, Königstein, steered the sale process exclusively until closing.
